- 1--Mr Moore has not taken the proper Oath of office mandated by G.S.11-11 which mandates an article ^ section 7 North Carolina Consitutional must be taken Forms of Official and Other Oaths. Mr Moore does not pocess the following oath therefore is not holding nor occuping an office and is simulating judical process Before entering upon the duties of an office, a person elected or appointed to the office shall take and subscribe the oath
